Entire staff excellent. The very hospitable lady from Japan who does the meals is excellent in presentation as a person and maintenance of area,
No view of Eiffel Tower, but we were in St. Louis. In other words, all great for place, time. price.
-
The free breakfast and evening meal was excellent!
-
Staff was very friendly at check in and at breakfast, room was very comfortable.
The treadmill would not work. However the rest of the fitness room was great!
-
Location and the bed was the best ever.
Noisey . Staff can enter your room without notice. Even at 8:30am when my wife are usually naked. Slippery bath tub in 512 & 412 the rooms we stayed in the last 8 weeks. Not enough trash containers and facial tissues in prime locations..Also I think it doesn't matter what I say here you don't give a dam.

It was close to a wedding I was attending. They gave us an early checkin.
We were given a room that smelled bad and had to change rooms. Just a hassle.
-
It was easy to find.
Soup and salad and baked potato for supper not too tasty.
-
Neat, quite and friendly staffs.
serving plates and so on still using streraform plates, bowls and cups. For the that standard should provide Clear or paper products.
-
The staff here are friendly and well trained to in customer service. You can't beat the location.

I thought the hotel was nice overall, the bathroom in my room was a little dirty, and needed a good scrub, but over all the room was nice.
Probably not quite as big of a room as I thought it would be for the amount of money charged per night, really no bigger than a much less expensive "motel". Ok on to the unnerving part, we checked in about 10:15pm on a Friday night and I was surprised to see a security guard standing outside as we came in. I didn't expect to see a security guard in the area we were in or in a hotel like the Drury Inn. Being a mom traveling with my teen daughter by ourselves, I found the need for a security guard a bit unnerving. I'm sure I should have found it to be a comfort that there was a security guard, but I truly found the "need" for a security guard a little scary! The pool area was also a mess and entirely too many Tweens JUMPing in the pool, in the hot tub and generally running around! It was crazy in that area!

Location, staff friendly, free drinks, breakfast!

Have never stayed at a Drury Inn but what the staff has always been friendly, helpful, pleasant and cheerful. I think the reason for this, in part, is because the Drury Inn nationwide strives to make their guests their priority! Also, I think there is a small box on the application for employment that says "Do you put others first"?
Since my daughters smoke they would like to have seen a small court-yard or at least a designated area for smokers that included comfortable seating and a pleasant surroundings. Instead there was a picnic bench located near the a/c unit with one small tree for shade!
